Overview
Jebbit is a no-code experience builder that enables marketers to create interactive quizzes. As a flexible tool for Enterprise customers, the team often faced long sales cycles. With the proliferation of AI, Jebbit had the opportunity to introduce a quicker way to generate an experience, both for customers and for sales representatives to show prospective clients.
The Problem to solve
Prior to this project, I was asked to ideate on AI opportunties in the Jebbit platform. I designed a framework for incorporating AI thoughtfully throughout the application, with one concept being the Experience Generator. How might we enable customers and the Jebbit sales team to quickly generate high-quality experiences that prove the product's value?
Considerations + Explorations
The Experience Generator should be incorporated in the onboarding flow as a quick-start option.
The sales team should be able to use the feature internally to generate example experiences for clients.
There should be multiple entry points into the flow.
We should balance flexibility with cognitive load - a user should only have to make a few simple choices to customize the prompt.
I explored a few flow variations, testing the balance of whether a generated experience should result in an example the customer would need to edit or a launch-ready experience.
Final design + Impact
Engineering trade-offs resulted in a simpler flow that implemented a smaller scope design to empower customers and Jebbit team members to easily spin up new experiences. These experiences would only serve as examples, helping incentivize customers to learn the tool's editing capabilities.
