Most proposal teams rely heavily on spreadsheets, spending significant time gathering materials from disparate sources to craft lengthy proposals with strict requirements.

Starting with generative user research and an initial flow, I:
Researched analogous and competitive spaces as well as generative AI frameworks to explore potential solutions.
Collaborated with the Ensis team to define the beta scope.
Developed wireframes and user flows to establish the product’s foundation.
Built a robust design system in Material to ensure consistency and scalability.
Partnered with product to brainstorm user stories, refining them into high-fidelity designs.
This streamlined process helped bring Ensis’ vision to life, transforming complex workflows into a seamless, intuitive experience for proposal teams.
